At INGESER we understand that the urban nucleus must flee from the idea of a ghetto, which is why it has been planned to locate the settlements as a small linear city, providing it with the necessary traffic so that the commercial areas can progress and the small workshop is built as promoter of work and social integration.
The neighborhood unit comprises a series of squares and public spaces that make up consolidated urban spaces of great collective and social efficiency, generating relationship bonds between neighbors and combining a sense of community.
