The children alimentation products marketed by the company have become staple products, and their demand has been growing rapidly, concurring that the existing manufacturing plants were at their capacity ceiling.
This combination of reasons led ALTER to entrust INGESER the project and construction management for the installation and start-up of a modern and rational industry for the manufacture of dietetic products for infant food, such as: porridge and compote.
The industry has state-of-the-art equipment and machinery, and has been sized for high flexible processing capacity. Its design has been made taking into account the development of production processes in a linear manner and without crossovers, so as to avoid possible cross contamination and minimize movements of both product and personnel.
