ENCE, Navia Biofactory, is the center with the largest production capacity of ENCE, being the largest and most efficient cellulose factory in the eucalyptus market installed in Europe. The current production capacity of the biofactory is 685,000 tons / year of high quality ECF eucalyptus cellulose.
Through its forestry subsidiary NORFOR, ENCE has developed a 25 t / h Biomass Bark Dryer Project, reducing the humidity of the Eucalyptus bark, improving its PCI, before entering the boiler of Biomass INGESER intervened carrying out the functions of control and supervision of the works of the technology providers, carrying out the detailed engineering, planning and delivering all the as-built documentation. INGESER has provided a comprehensive service in the fields of Process Engineering, Design, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation and performing the following functions: Assembly supervision, civil technical supervision, mechanical and piping technical supervision, Electrical and I & C technical supervision.
On the part of INGESER, in addition to all the ways that it normally contributes, it added the previous 3D modeling to the project, to avoid problems of interference with the multiple existing equipment, and scarce space available, for the location.
