HIJOS DE SALVADOR RODRIGUEZ S.A., is a family business with a great tradition in the dairy sector, dedicated to the production of cheeses for more than 50 years. In 1997 it moved its facilities to the current location and, since that date, it has carried out various modifications, extensions and updates by INGESER.

The work has been carried out with the aim of presenting innovative and high-quality products to the market, maintaining the family cheese tradition.

The latest actions entrusted to INGESER have consisted of expanding the factory to implement: a roll-type cheese manufacturing line, an area dedicated exclusively to packaging different types of cheeses, new ripening chambers and technological and efficient improvements to the installation of refrigeration and treatment of the wastewater generated.
