DESARROLLO GASTRÓNOMICO is a company owned by the partners of LA ABUELA CÁNDIDA, with a large presence in the horeca channel, specialized for more than 20 years in the preparation of prepared dishes, appetizers and artisan tapas.
INGESER carries out in 2020 the construction of a new factory for the preparation of prepared meat dishes sized for the growth scenario established by the company in the coming years. This building includes an R&D kitchen for the development of new recipes. INGESER provided a comprehensive service: project, contracting competition, facultative management and control of the works, legalizations and permits, start-up as well as processing and management of grants and subsidies.
During the execution of the work, INGESER accompanied the client in the adjustment of the initial budgetary framework to fit it in their budgetary expectations, fulfilling the priority objectives of the project. The new factory stands out for its compliance with the IFS and BRC quality standards.
