Palancares Alimentación is the company of Grupo Fuertes - El Pozo dedicated to the production of cheeses and dairy products, mainly obtained from goat milk. With a great team, state-of-the-art machinery and following its artisan tradition, Palancares Alimentación obtains a productive capacity that exceeds ten million kilos per year, while betting on a line of healthy products of the highest quality, Among those that can be found cured cheeses, tender or fresh and with Certified Designation of Origin, such as Murcia to Wine and Cheese of Cured Murcia.
With the intention of entering the dairy sector, El Pozo contacted INGESER due to its experience for the realization of a fully automated cheese factory through the union of several warehouses.
In 2008, INGESER carried out the construction of the new cheese factory in Bulla (Murcia), as well as its installation and commissioning. With this new building it was possible to increase the production capacity and the performance of its products.
