The company LÁCTEOS CUQUERELLA, S.L produces cheeses under the brand name "Quesos el Hidalgo", which have great prestige and great acceptance both nationally and in other countries. The start of this long family history is preceded by old generations, where the first was founded in 1965 by José Cuquerella Marrades.

INGESER has carried out the new plant for the manufacture of varieties of Pure Sheep Cheese D.O. Manchego, Pure Sheep Cheese and Cured Mixed Cheese (Sheep, Goat and Sheep), with a processing capacity of 20,000 liters of milk per day.

The industry has been conceived so that products are made under the most advanced technological conditions, with the aim of improving quality and increasing productivity.
